We are intentional when gathering seasoned leaders to engage in candid discussions, share experiences, and collaboratively navigate the intricate landscape of challenges inherent in their roles.  We keep groups intimate--no larger than twelve--so leaders can vulnerably grow. Our approach to group coaching involves getting coached collaboratively using multiple case study-like approaches while tailoring the experience to each executive's unique strengths, weaknesses, and developmental areas. Doing this gives space for thought partnership and problem-solving and builds a network of leaders that will have each other beyond the executive coaching experience.
