Due to his authentic approach, David has been approached to author his first book and is a highly sought-after keynote speaker, moderator, and panel participant. Our Story
It was at this moment in this photo, I realized how much I needed a coach. At 35, I was the CEO of a school district where I was charged to turn around the lowest-performing school district in the state and be fiscally responsible for over 300 million dollars to do so. However, in this picture, you see the pressure of a local news station, my fearless Chief Operating Officer trying to provide me with information, my security detail, and a room full of people, many of whom did not want me to be successful. At this moment, I also realized that I needed to do more for leaders who found themselves in no-win situations, stuck in a room trying to solve problems alone, and had no one or seemingly nowhere to turn like me.
