Session 2: Overcoming Barriers to Success

In this session, you’ll gain the tools to transform conflict into collaboration and misalignment into momentum. With hands-on exercises and peer feedback, you’ll learn how to negotiate effectively—not just for deals, but for the shared vision that drives your organization forward. Session 3: Aligning Priorities and Stakeholders

In this session, we’ll craft a bold, inspiring vision of your leadership at its peak—and then create a roadmap to make it real. In this final session, we’ll bring everything together—your insights, plans, and breakthroughs—and create a clear path forward.
